Callable is one platform made of focused products. You can use one or several — they share the same numbers, channels, contacts and reporting.

Channels
Every product rides on the same channels: Voice, RCS, WhatsApp, SMS and Email (coming soon). A conversation can move between channels and products without losing context.
Tenancy
Your organisation gets its own tenant — isolated configuration, numbers, agents and data. Your apps (desktop and mobile) are served from, and always point at, your tenant.
